Echo Personnel is a leading recruitment agency based in Northamptonshire and Hertfordshire.

Our Head Office is centrally located in Kettering with our other Northamptonshire offices based in Corby and Wellingborough. We have just opened a new office in Royston, Hertfordshire with a view for further office expansion in 2009.

We specialise in Industrial and Commercial Recruitment for temporary, temp-perm, permanent and contractual roles. During 2008 Echo has expanded to create new subdivisions under the Echo Personnel Ltd name, these are:

ECS (Echo Cleaning Services): dealing with industrial cleaning and having extensive involvement in the NHS ‘deep cleaning’ programmes.

Echo Care & Support: Dealing with care positions from basic level to managerial roles.

Echo Technical: Specialising in Engineering and Technical Recruitment

Echo Outsourcing: Our new service dedicated to helping people back into work who have just been made redundant by offering CV advice and specialist training.
