Kettering General Hospital has been recently challenged with the task of delivering several key performance indicators in respect of hospital cleanliness.

Echo Personnel have supplied staff that in the main have proven to be reliable and provide a good standard of work, not only in terms of housekeeping staff but their administrative support.

At Rigid Containers Ltd we have used Echo as our supplier of temporary staff for many years. I have always found that with Echo service is without a doubt their main priority and they have always been able to meet our requirements, quite often with very short notice.

I find staff supplied by Echo are normally very reliable, conscientious and hardworking and many of these staff have remained at the company to become permanent employees and highly trained and valued operatives. Whenever a problem does arrive Echo are quick to respond and rectify the problem keeping me informed at all stages.

We have in the past used other recruitment agencies for temporary staff but found that they haven’t been able to match Echo’s standards and as a result Echo supply all our personnel in the production areas.
