Temporary Labour Working Group
Echo have recently been awarded the TLWG code of practice after passing stringent audits. The TLWG was established following demand from large blue chip organisations such as the major supermarkets who required a code of practice from it's labour suppliers.

Sam Laryea has been working for Echo at the Wellingborough office for over two years Rob Foster with Sam Laryeaand has an impeccable attendance record and an excellent attitude to work. Sam has now been taken on permanently by one of our clients. He was a great asset to Echo and we are all sorry to see him go. Good Luck Sam!
Johan van de Walt worked for Echo for the last 2 years. Steve Squires and Johan de Walt He had an unblemished work record without any absence and he was a credit to our company wherever he worked. Johan was recruited directly from South Africa and worked for our Preston and Kettering offices.
We are sad to see Johan return home to South Africa. All the team at Echo wish him the best for the future.
