Part-time Telesales/ Administrator

Duties will include:

• Learn the client products and services
• Develop and maintain a file of competitor products and suppliers
• Maintain existing customer base through telephone / email contact
• Selling postal / mailroom solutions   and service plans to existing clients
• Order processing
• Receive all incoming enquires and queries - respond in a timely manner
• Open new accounts & updating client information
• Produce all relevant paper work i.e. P/Os, delivery notes, invoices
• Record all information on database
• Support field sales staff by calling to make appointments and covering administration for them
• Assist all departments with administration

The right person will be/have:

• Ideally from a business to business environment
• Ability to telesales existing and some new customers and cross sell
• Excellent administrator
• Highly organised,
• Excellent customer care
• Fast learner
• Able to work on own and in a team sometimes to tight deadlines
• Have meticulous attention to detail and be accurate with figures
• Strong interpersonal skills

Monday-Friday 9.30am-1.30pm with a level of flexibility

£7 per hour with good earning potential with £50-£100 per closed appointment
