Your main duties will include:

·          Managing the financial administration of the site

·          Report full profit and loss accounts

·          Managing Administration functions for facilities maintenance and payroll

·          To ensure that all administration KPI’s are met

·          Budget build and forecasting

·          Weekly, monthly financial reporting

·          Purchase order management

·          Produce monthly review packs

·          Oversee general office admin including timesheets/wages

·          Develop commercial relationships with customers and suppliers

·          Provide guidance, support, instruction and training for the development of skills, health and safety of all staff within your areas of responsibility

Key Skills needed:

·          Confident Negotiator

·          Enthusiasm, drive and a can do attitude

·          Excellent communicator

·          Ability to build long term client relationships

·          Experience of managing and developing a team

·          Experience of managing performance, disciplinary and grievance procedures and absence

·          Customer focused and commercial awareness of measuring and monitoring performance using various IT systems.

·          Strong interpersonal skills

·          Able to work on own initiative and to strict deadlines

Salary between 30-40K per annum plus car allowance
