TESTIMONIAL – ECHO RECRUITMENT
To Whom It May Concern
EMSS Ltd is a major events company providing security solutions and staff for concerts, festivals, and functions across the whole of the
At the start of the summer 2010, it would be fair to say that we faced something of a crisis. With just two days to go before our first event, another recruitment company informed us that despite them securing our staffing contract for the whole summer season, they would now be unable to supply us with stewards. The impact of that would have been little short of ‘catastrophic’, and would have involved the probable cancellation of at least one major event with enormous cost penalties.
On the day that ‘storm broke’, we turned to Echo Recruitment. An explanation of the problem we faced, led to what we can only describe as a frenzy of activity on their part to secure staff to ‘save the day’. They did not disappoint.
The success of providing good quality staff at such short notice led to Echo securing the staffing contract for the remainder of our event season and we have been extremely well served by the staff they have provided. Echo seem to have achieved that which many recruitment companies tell us is a persistent problem – being able to attract trustworthy, reliable, temporary staff and supplying them ‘on time’, in the ‘right numbers’, to the ‘right quality’, and at the ‘right cost’, time and time again. Something that in our wildest imagination we could not have dared wished for at the start of our summer season. However, Echo said they could do it – and they delivered.
Our experience of Echo between June and August 2010 has been very positive for EMSS Ltd. As such, we can provide no higher recommendation than by putting our good company name, and hard won reputation, to this testimonial and have no hesitation in recommending Echo Recruitment to others who might face general staffing problems or a crisis similar to the one with which we had to contend. Without doubt, we will be using them again.

What Gez Donnelly of Echo has to say about the Echo Stewards…………..
I have worked on these concerts for the last 4 years as a steward supervisor and this has undoubtedly been the best team of stewards I’ve had the pleasure of working with.
Not only did they behave in a professional manner they all turned up for work well dressed and with a positive attitude. Their interaction with the general public was first class, especially as sometimes there was some potentially, alcohol induced, awkward moments. The staff remained calm and followed instructions. Our drivers Vince Cullen and Shaun Elliott proved to be priceless by acting above and beyond their driving duties as soon as we arrived at the arena to departure.
I would like to give everyone that was involved the proverbial “pat on the back” for a job well done. You have put Echo Personnel in a very strong position when the tender for the concerts comes up next year It has been a pleasure to work with you all and hopefully I will see some of you next year.
